Greetings all HMC Members,

On August 24, 2023 we will be joining the Houston Claims Association annual Texas Hold’em Tournament.  Houston Claims Association is a similar club that promotes the insurance industry and is made up of professionals serving in the insurance industry - mainly claims professionals.  Funds generated are used by the Houston Claims towards its annual scholarships awarded each April.  We have the opportunity to join with a portion of our entry fees and sponsorships going towards our future scholarships and donations.  

I have led the tournament for the Houston Claims the last few years and have seen it grow to a great success.  I want HMC to have the same success going forward and ask each member to sign up individually, or best sponsor a table for co-workers, clients, and friends.

This year’s tournament will be hosted by RoadRunner Restoration located at 6819 Willowbrook Park, Houston, Texas 77006.  Sign-in begins at 6:00 with dinner served 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm. Gameplay starts at 6:30 pm.

Again, sign-up through the HMC website and a portion of the proceeds will go towards our scholarship and donation funds.  HCA Flyer attached.

Four Aces Sponsor: $500

• Table sponsor and up to 6 of your invited guests to sit at your table
• Logo on your table constantly visible until tables merge as players are eliminated
• Logo on "HCA'' website - 6 months
• Up to $75 of the $500 sponsor fee will go towards a door prize sponsored by your company and anyone attending is eligible to win
• Each sponsor is guaranteed their own individual table

Full House Sponsor: $375

• Up to 4 invited guests
• Logo on Sponsor Board

Flush Sponsor: $200

• Up to 2 invited guests
• Logo on Sponsor Board

Participant: $45

• Includes participation in tournament, food and drinks

Spectator: $35

• Includes food and drinks
